We would like to draw your attention to attached copy of out Terms & Condition of Carriage, which is applicable to all your shipments tendered to us for carriage.  These terms are also printed on the reverse side of our airway bills.

All shipments undertaken by UTS LOGISTICS SDN BHD are strictly subjected to the terms and conditions of carriage set forth on its consignment note.  Any insurance required for the consignment is the full responsibility of Shipper/Consignee.  In the event of any damages that arise, UTS LOGISTICS SDN BHD will compensate a maximum of RM 200.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Two Hundred Only) per consignment note even though value of goods might exceed our limitation.  Therefore, we strongly suggest that an additional coverage be insured to cover any loss or damages of valuable goods for the interest of both Shipper/Consignee.

The packaging of the customer’s goods for the transportation is the customer’s sole responsibility.  UTS LOGISTICS SDN BHD accepts no liability for loss or damages to the shipments or goods by inadequate or inappropriate packaging.
